Aarav sat in his balcony chair, his mind suddenly drifting back to thoughts of Ahana. His fist tightened in anger as he muttered under his breath,
"Ahana Deshmukh, I won't spare you. You dared to slap me; now I will show you the dark side of mine. Just a few more days, and I will accomplish my motive."
A devilish smile curled on his lips.
He stood up, his expression unreadable, and walked back into his room. As he glanced around, he realized that Ahana was no longer there.
Curious, he left the room and headed downstairs to the hall.
There, he found Ahana fast asleep on the sofa, curled up like a child. Aarav gazed at her, a mix of emotions swirling within him. Her peaceful face was marred by small strands of hair that kept disturbing her.
Almost instinctively, Aarav reached out and gently brushed the strands away from her face. A fleeting smile tugged at the corners of his mouth, but he quickly suppressed it, his expression turning cold once more.
His eyes caught sight of her torn sleeve, and he took a deep breath before carefully lifting her into his arms.
He carried her back to his room, placing her gently on the couch. As he tried to pull away, Ahana instinctively grabbed his hand in her sleep, murmuring softly,
"Mamma... ummm, sone do."
Aarav paused, staring at her for a moment.
"Is she really this innocent, or is it just an act?" he wondered to himself. "She's just like all the others-deceitful beneath a mask of innocence."
With a heavy heart, he finally released her hand and retreated to his bed.
After about ten or fifteen minutes, Ahana suddenly woke up, her eyes darting to the wall clock.
It was already 1 AM. She looked around the room, confusion washing over her.
"How did I get here?"
she wondered, her gaze eventually settling on Aarav, who was fast asleep.
A bitter smile formed on her lips as a tear escaped from her eye.
"I don't want any of this... This man is not a man but a monster. He's a beast who only knows how to inflict pain."
She sat up, her mind filled with thoughts of revenge.
"I won't spare you, Shiv. You betrayed me. Men are really cruel and heartless... but I will show you that I'm not weak."
With that, she pulled the blanket over herself and closed her eyes, willing herself to sleep.
On the Other Side,
Shiv's House,,
Shiv sat on his bed, lost in thought, while his so-called girlfriend, Tanya,
slept beside him.
His phone suddenly rang, breaking the silence. It was his trusted P.A., Dev. After a brief exchange, Shiv hung up the call, his anger escalating to its peak. He glanced at Tanya, his mind racing.
Shiv, a strikingly handsome man, was known to Aarav's family as Shiv Chauhan, Aarav's cousin.
However, beneath this facade, he was none other than Shiv Singh, the elusive mafia don known in the underworld as "SS."
Disguised as Aarav's cousin for the past five years, Shiv had successfully concealed his true identity, living among Aarav's family without raising suspicion. He was Aarav's fiercest rival, not only in the corporate world but also in the underworld.
Unlike Aarav, Shiv was a notorious flirt, having played with the hearts of many women. His true face, the one known as "SS," had never been seen, not even by those in the underworld.
Shiv had one obsession: money, power, and position. He was particularly fixated on Ahana and her vast property, valued at 800 crores. His ultimate goal was to eliminate Aarav and take over his empire.
But this task was far from easy.
Now, his plans had hit a major setback as Dev had informed him that Aarav had forcefully married Ahana. Shiv, who had meticulously orchestrated his cousin's "death" in a road accident six years ago to assume his identity, was now seething with fury.
The fact that Aarav had taken Ahana, his prey, right under his nose was unbearable. His obsession with Ahana grew stronger, and he vowed to destroy Aarav by taking away everything he held dear.
Consumed by rage, Shiv suddenly pushed Tanya off the bed. Startled, she stood up and, in a fit of anger, attempted to slap him.
But Shiv caught her hand mid-air, his eyes cold and menacing, and threw her out of the room.
Tanya, shocked and hurt, shouted, "Shiv! What are you doing?"
With an icy glare, Shiv spat out,
"Get out of my house forever."
Tears welled up in Tanya's eyes as she pleaded,
"Why, Shiv? Don't you love me?" She clung to him, her hands around his neck, desperate for an answer. But Shiv remained indifferent, roughly pushing her away.
He called in a bodyguard, ordering, "Take her away and throw her out of the house."
Tanya, now glaring at Shiv, threatened him, "You'll pay for this, Shiv!" She stormed out, followed closely by the bodyguard, as Shiv had commanded.
Once the door closed, Shiv exploded in a fit of rage, throwing everything off the table and bed.
"Aarav Rathore, you bastard! How dare you take away my prey? How dare you marry Ahana? Every plan I've ever made, you've ruined it somehow!" His voice echoed with venom.
"But now," he growled, his eyes dark with determination, "I will use your own wife against you. I will destroy you, Aarav, with the very person you tried to protect.
In the morning,
At Aarav's house,,
At 5 a.m., Ahana abruptly woke up, her heart racing. She shot up from the couch, her mind immediately jumping to thoughts of her family. Panic welled up inside her as she thought,
"I haven't been home since yesterday. Did anyone even notice I was gone? Or were they too busy to care, as usual?"
A bitter smile tugged at her lips, memories of her indifferent parents flashing through her mind.
She scanned the room, looking for her phone but quickly remembered,
"It fell in the car yesterday..."
She sighed in frustration, realizing how cut off she was from the outside world. Determined to contact her family and explain everything, she headed into the washroom.
Half an hour later, Ahana emerged, her resolve hardened. She noticed Aarav still asleep on the bed, his face peaceful in the morning light.
But the memory of the previous night brought a wave of anger crashing over her. She glanced at herself in the mirror, the bathrobe clinging to her damp skin, and thought about how to call her family without alerting Aarav.
Her eyes fell on Aarav's phone lying near his head.
"This might be my only chance," she thought.
She carefully approached the bed, her movements cautious, but just as she reached for the phone, Aarav's hand shot out and grabbed her wrist. She froze, her heart skipping a beat as she met his suspicious gaze.
"What are you trying to do?" Aarav's voice was low, laced with warning.
Ahana's breath caught in her throat, shock evident on her face. Aarav's lips curled into a devilish smile as he took the phone and placed it on the side table, well out of her reach.
In one swift motion, he pulled Ahana closer, causing her to stumble and fall against his chest. It was only then that Aarav noticed the soft fabric of the bathrobe she was wearing, his smirk widening at the sight. Ahana's breath hitched, her wide eyes locked on his as her cheeks flushed with a mix of anger and embarrassment.
Without warning, Aarav pushed her onto the bed, pinning her hands above her head.
"What do you think you're doing?"
"Aap kya karna chahte ho?"
Ahana's voice trembled with fear, yet she tried to keep it steady.
Aarav's smirk deepened, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
"Don't you know, jaan? What am trying to do?"
"Kyu tumne nhi pataa jaan? Mai kya karna chahta hu?"
Ahana's eyes widened further, her face turning a deeper shade of red as she struggled beneath him.
The intensity of his gaze, combined with the situation, left her feeling vulnerable and enraged at the same time.
But beneath her anger, a steely resolve was building.
Ahana knew she had to find a way out of this, but first, she had to keep her composure.
Ends.
